Disbursement of public investment capital in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 17.2% over the same period in 2021

to the Department of Planning and Investment, the disbursement to April 10,
2022 was 1,227,184 million VND, reaching 25.49% of the plan, increased by 17.2%
compared to the first quarter of 2021 (disbursement in the first quarter of
2021 was 8.29%).
Specifically: The
domestic central budget disbursed as of April 10, 2022 was 865,677 million VND,
reaching 50.56% of the plan; Domestic centralized basic construction capital
was disbursed 135,939 million VND, reaching 27.85% of the plan; Capital from
land use revenue of the province was disbursed 68,734 million VND, reaching
10.41% of the plan; Capital from lottery was disbursed 154,366 million VND,
reaching 11.61% of the plan; Foreign capital (ODA) was disbursed 2,468 million VND,
reaching 1.34% of the plan; The capital from the land use revenue of the
district has not been disbursed so far.
For the key projects
and constructions in the province, according to Resolution no 54/NQ-HDND dated
December 8, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on the plan for public
investment of the provincial budget in 2022, there are 09 important projects
identified, with the 2022 total capital plan of 576,000 million VND, disbursed
as of April 10, 2022 was 91,697 million VND, reaching 15.92% of the capital
plan.
