Drastically implementing solutions to remove difficulties for production and business of people and enterprises

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just requested the heads
of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, the
Chairpersons of the People's Committees of the districts, towns, cities and
relevant units to continue to drastically and effectively implement the tasks
and solutions to remove difficulties for production and business of the people
and enterprises.
Accordingly,
the heads of specialized agencies under the provincial People's Committees, the
chairpersons of the People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities and
relevant units should step up the review, inspection and proposal to cut out
unnecessary administrative procedures that increase costs, cause troubles,
congestion and negative effects to people and enterprises; actively deploy
digital transformation applications; inspect, review and handle officials who
are afraid of responsibilities, dodge to perform functions and tasks under
their authorities in settling public services for people and enterprises.
Strengthening the review and implementation of timely and expeditious policies
and solutions to support people and enterprises according to documents and
directions of the Government, the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's
Committee.
The
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of
Industry and Trade to chair over and coordinate with relevant units, based on
the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the actual situation of
the province, to be proactive in diversifying markets, products and supply
chains; strengthen connections, seek output markets for the province's products
and goods, especially those with strengths, potentials and advantages.
The
State Bank - Binh Thuan Branch, based on the direction of the State Bank of
Vietnam and the actual situation of the province, shall apply solutions in
directing and encouraging the commercial bank branches in the province to
reduce lending interest rates practically, to the right subjects, in order to
solve and overcome difficulties for production and business; at the same time,
continue to promptly deploy credit packages to ensure convenience,
transparency, flexibility, feasibility, avoiding policy fraud and complying
with legal regulations.
The
Provincial Tax Department shall proactively and actively handle VAT refund
applications quickly, promptly and effectively for people and enterprises in
accordance with the law and guidance of competent authorities; effectively and
promptly implement policies on extension, exemption and reduction of taxes,
fees, charges and land rent already approved and promulgated by competent
authorities.
