Duc Linh district strives for Project 06

Up to now, Duc Linh district has deployed 5/11 public services in the areas of the Police: Permanent residence registration, temporary residence registration, Temporary absence declaration, Notice of residence, Confirmation of identity card number after being issued with a citizen ID card; deployed 02/14 public services of the departments and agencies, namely new electricity supply from low voltage grid and changes in the subject of electricity purchase and sale contracts.

 


In order to settle administrative procedures and provide online public services for people and businesses, the People's Committee of the district has coordinated with the provincial police and the district police to make a test connection to the national database on population under the guidance of the Office of the Government. The specialized agencies under the District People's Committee has granted 06 accounts to register for residential services; Commune-level People's Committees grant 12 accounts to register for residential services. The district police and the district post office also signed a cooperation agreement on the receipt and return of results for settlement of administrative procedures under the handling competence of the district-level police through the public postal service.

 


For the socio-economic development, the District People's Committee has updated information on 814 policy cases under the Government's Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP into the system; updated data of citizens who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 into the system with 137,817 cases. Reviewed, compared, updated and synchronized civil status that has been registered and stored according to its competence in to population database. In addition, the district police also cooperated with banks in the district to deploy the application of electronic chips attached on the citizen identification cards to authenticate customer information for anti-counterfeiting, and serving transaction settlement more convenient, faster. The district social insurance agency has coordinated with the health insurance medical examination and treatment establishments in the district to widely notify the health insurance participants to use citizen identification with a chip or via VNEID application.

 


As of January 14, 2023, Duc Linh district has received and issued 122,438 citizen identification dossiers, in which, electronic identification accounts have been granted to 8,008 cases. Data has been transmitted to the Central Government 122,335 records, reaching 99.91%; received citizen identification card from C06 – the Ministry of Public Security 118,676 citizen ID cards, reaching 100%. Digitizing and reusing the results of digitizing records and administrative procedures related to personal information and papers to update, supplement, connect, share and use effectively the national population database for administrative procedures.
It can be seen that Duc Linh district has drastically directed relevant agencies, divisions and units to implement Project 06 in accordance with the roadmap of the Provincial People's Committee and the Government. Many essential public services at level 3 and level 4 are focused on by the district to minimize the travel time of citizens, save the state budget for archiving, preserving records, enhancing accuracy and speed of professional activities.
