Effective operation of Thuan Tien dragon fruit cooperative

Thuan Tien dragon fruit cooperative is established in 2016 with 52 members,
producing on an area of 70 hectares. The purpose of the cooperative is to
produce dragon fruit products under VietGAP and GlobalGAP safety standards with
stable prices, not depending much to the Chinese market, at the same time, developing
its own brand for Thuan Tien dragon fruit cooperative.
In 2017, Thuan Tien
dragon fruit cooperative had the opportunity to participate in the
international fruit and vegetable fair at the Berlin Exhibition Center, Federal
Republic of Germany. Thanks to this event, dragon fruit products of the
cooperative has found more markets for consumption. Currently, Thuan Tien
dragon fruit cooperative is known by many exporting units and has signed many
important export contracts to fastidious markets such as Europe, America,
Australia, and domestic supermarkets.
In the coming time,
Thuan Tien Dragon Fruit Cooperative will continue to maintain the production of
dragon fruits under VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards, at the same time, expand by
20 hectares of dragon fruits under GlobalGAP standard with an output of about
30 tons/ year in order to satisfy the strict requirements of food safety of
fastidious markets such as Europe, America, Japan, Australia, Canada... Thus,
it can be affirmed, in order to improve the value chain of dragon fruit, formal
export, households are forced to produce dragon fruits by using VietGAP and
GlobalGAP standards to create quality dragon fruit for satisfying the market
demand.
