Ensuring supply of petroleum in Binh Thuan province

At requested by the Department of Industry and Trade, Tran Vu Joint Stock
Company, Binh Thuan Agricultural Service Joint Stock Company, and Dong Nai
Petroleum Trading Joint Stock Company must actively seek sources of goods from
petroleum wholesalers and other distributors to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum
throughout the Companies’ distribution systems in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, it
proposed Tran Vu Joint Stock Company, Binh Thuan Agricultural Service Joint
Stock Company, Dong Nai Petroleum Trading Joint Stock Company to fully
implement the rights and obligations of petroleum distributors as prescribed in
Article 15 of Decree No. 83/2014/ND-CP dated September 3, 2014 of the
Government on petroleum trading and Clause 12, Article 1 of Decree No.
95/2021/ND-CP dated November 1, 2021 of the Government Government on amending
and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 83/2014/ND-CP dated
September 3, 2014 of the Government on petrol and oil trading and Official
Letter No. 5096/BCT-TTTN dated August 25, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and
Trade on ensuring the supply of petroleum in the domestic market.
In order to ensure
the supply of petrol and oil in the province, the Department of Industry and
Trade suggested petrol and oil traders in the province to take the initiative
in preparing plans to ensure the supply of petrol and oil, maintaining the
supply of petrol and oil for the distribution system and franchising traders,
general agents, petrol and oil agents, ensuring that the supply is not
interrupted; petrol and oil retail stores in the area to strictly maintain
operation, ensure the supply of petroleum for production and consumption of
people and businesses in the province and to strictly comply with regulations.
