Establishing a special working group on removing difficulties and obstacles, and effectively supporting businesses and investors

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to
establish a special working group on removing difficulties and obstacles, and
effectively supporting enterprises, investors and investment projects in Binh
Thuan province (referred to as: Working Group).
The
working group is led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Doan
Anh Dung; The deputy group consists of Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's
Committee. The working group also has the participation of leaders of
departments and agencies and chairpersons of People's Committees of districts,
towns and cities where the projects located.
According
to the Decision, the Working Group works on a concurrent basis, with the tasks
of removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of handling
administrative procedures related to investment projects in the province in
order to speed up the processing of dossiers, ensuring the correct order and
time. Reviewing investment projects that are delayed to solve arising problems
to avoid wasting land resources, causing loss of urban beauty and construction
safety.
The
working group is also responsible for reviewing inadequacies, overlaps and
contradictions between relevant legal provisions in order to remove common
problems for projects to accelerate construction investment progress. The
departments, agencies, branches and localities are requested to provide
information, coordinate in implementation, appointing officials and completely
solving problems within the competence of such agencies; proposing to the
competent authorities to consider and implement solutions to remove
difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing procedures on investment,
land, construction, etc. of projects in case of exceeding their competence.
At
the request of the Working Group and at the request of the members of the
Working Group, the Head of the Working Group shall invite other relevant
agencies and units to coordinate and consult in the implementation of the task of
the Working Group.
