Establishing the Blue Shipper Teams to help people in Phan Thiet city

Binh Thuan Provincial Youth
Union has just issued a decision to establish 18 "Blue Shipper Teams
helping people to go to market" operating in 18 wards and communes in Phan
Thiet city during the social distancing period according to Directive 16 of the
Prime Minister.
Members
of the "Blue Shipper Teams helping people to go to market” are the youth
union members, young people in the area, having the spirit of enthusiasm,
responsibility, good health, and priority for those has been vaccinated for
COVID-19, and familiar with the area. The “Blue Shipper Teams helping people to
go to market" has the tasks of connecting and receiving information to
help people going to market in each ward and commune to buy food and essential
necessities during the social distancing period in Phan Thiet city according to
Directive 16 of the Prime Minister. The Blue Shipper Teams will support people
in their ward or commune to go to market in the area. During the operation, the
members must wear tags and blue shirts of Vietnamese Youth. Phan Thiet Youth
Union is assigned to manage and organize activities of “Blue Shipper Teams
helping people to go to market". The operation time of the Blue Shipper Teams
starts from 02/8/2021.
People
who need assistance to go to market, can contact the Leader of the "Blue
Shipper Teams helping people to go to market" of the ward or commune they
are residing.
