Expansion of subjects to electronic health declaration for COVID-19 prevention and control

Dispatch no. 4261/BYT-DP dated 25/5/2021 of the Ministry of Health on expanding
the subjects to electronic health declaration for the prevention and control of
COVID-19 epidemic. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued a
dispatch requesting the Department of Health, the relevant departments,
agencies and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strictly
implement the health declaration for all people returning from
epidemic-affected areas; people in concentrated isolation areas; people who
travel by plane, train, or ship on long distances; construction workers at
large projects such as airports, highways, etc.
Continuing the
electronic health declaration on the page: https://tokhaiyte.vn of the Ministry
of Health or through the installation and use of one of the application
software: Health Declaration (Vietnam Health Declaration), Bluezone.
Launching movements
calling on people to respond, voluntarily declare health, monitoring health
status, whenever having symptoms of cough or fever, must notify the local authorities,
immediately contact the health agency for examination and testing.
Increasing the
inspection, supervision and strictly handling cases that are required to make
health declaration but intentionally violating the provisions of Decree No.
117/2020/ND-CP dated 28/9/2020 of the Government sanctioning administrative
violations in the health sector./.
