Final round of the English Debate Contest for Youth Officials 2022

the morning of September 30, 2022, the final round of the English Debate Contest
for Youth Officials 2022 was officially held at the Children's Cultural House
of Binh Thuan province. The contest was Livestreamed online on the fanpage of
the Central Portal of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam
Youth application.

round of the competition
As implemented from
June, the contest has gone 100% online through the provincial preliminary
round, the national group stage and semi-final round. Contestants are officials
in charge of Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneer Organization (Vietnam
Youth Association, Vietnam Student Association, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer
Organization) at all levels from 18 to 35 years old.
The semi-finals took
place in 2 days with a total of 12 knockout matches to choose four best teams to
enter the final round, from namely: Hoa Binh, Youth Union of Central-level
Public Agencies’ Bloc, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Thuan.

DAV of the Youth Union of Central-level Public Agencies’ Bloc won the first
prize; Team A.C.E of Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Union won the second prize; Team
WARRIORS of Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union and Team SMARTICLES of Ho Chi
Minh City Youth Union shared the third prize.
The National English
Debate Contest for Youth Officials 2022 aimed to guide and provide basic and
advanced knowledge and skills in the field of debate; creating a healthy
playground and English training environment for officials working in Youth Unions
and Associations nationwide./.
