First 5 months of 2021: 485 businesses are newly established

the Department of Statistics, in May (from 15/4 to 15/5/2021), the province had
122 newly established enterprises, 25.77% higher than the same period in 2020.
Total registered capital was VND 478.89 billion, 7.55% lower than the same
period in 2020.
12 enterprises have
been dissolved (including 5 affiliated units), decreased by 20% compared to the
same period in 2020; suspending the operation of 19 enterprises (including 4
affiliated units), decreased by 20.83% compared to the same period in 2020; registration
for conversion of business: 9 enterprises, 28.57% higher than the same period
in 2020; the number of enterprises returning to operation was 16 enterprises,
increased by 2 times over the same period in 2020.
Accumulated in the
first 5 months of the year (from 01/01 – 15/5/2021), there were 485 newly
established enterprises in the province, increased by 12% over the same period
in 2020 with total registered capital of VND 4,830.9 billion. There were 135
enterprises re-operated (including 19 affiliated units), increased by 3.13
times over the same period in 2020; temporarily suspending the operation of 172
enterprises (including 30 affiliated units), increased by 3.61% over the same
period in 2020. Registration for change of type business: 30 enterprises (no
affiliated units), decreased by 3.22% over the same period in 2020. The number
of dissolved enterprises is 98, increased by 55.55% over the same period in
2020.
