Focus on implementing the project of Ca Ty River Embankment and Ca Ty River Apartment, Phan Thiet City

On the morning of April 19, 2022, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's
Committee Nguyen Van Phong chaired the meeting on the progress of the Ca Ty
River Embankment project (section from Duc Thanh Bridge to Ung Van Khiem
Street) and the Ca Ty River Apartment project, Phan Thiet City. Attending the
meeting, there were leaders of relevant departments, agencies and localities.
As reported by the
People's Committee of Phan Thiet city, the Ca Ty River Embankment Project (from
Duc Thanh bridge to Ung Van Khiem street) has the investment scale including:
about 450 m embankment protection, about 604 m traffic road, technical
infrastructure, park; total investment is over 486 billion dong. The Ca Ty
River Apartment Project, according to the proposed investment scale, has a
total construction area of about 5,600 m2 and many other ancillary items with a
total investment of more than 665 billion VND. Up to now, the People's
Committee of Phan Thiet city has approved the Phu Tai ward zoning planning
project and completed the dossier of local adjustment of the detailed planning
of the area along both sides of the Ca Ty river for appraisal and approval as a
basis to submit to the competent authority for decision on investment policy of
the above two projects.
Speaking at the
meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong
emphasized: The Ca Ty River Embankment and Ca Ty River Apartment in Phan Thiet
city are identified as the key projects of the province, meeting the people's
expectations and improving conditions for those people currently living in the
stilt houses along the Ca Ty river, contributing to urban embellishment and
building Phan Thiet city more and more green, clean, beautiful, modern, and
civilized.
