Focusing on administrative procedure reform in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) has just issued a
document directing the Heads of specialized agencies under the PPC, the
Management Board of Industrial Parks, the Central Agencies located in the
province and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of the districts,
towns and cities to increase the supply and implementation of administrative
procedures in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Accordingly, the
Chairman of the PPC requests agencies and units to focus on promoting
administrative procedure reform, reducing and simplifying regulations related
to business activities, renewing the implementation of the one-stop mechanism
in handling administrative procedures and carrying out administrative
procedures in the electronic environment, ensuring the fulfillment of the
targets assigned by the Government, the Prime Minister and the Provincial
People's Committee.
The Chairman of the PPC
assigns the Department of Information and Communications chair over and
coordinate with the Office of the PPC, and other agencies, units and localities
in promoting connection, data sharing, formation of shared data, providing
online public services between the Public Service Portal and the province's
one-stop software system with the National Public Service Portal and the Public
Service Portal of ministries and agencies on the direction of taking people and
businesses as the center on the basis of restructuring processes and and
procedures to create facilitation for users, and reviewing overally the
relevant legal regulations to change the form of implementation from
face-to-face to online.
