(binhthuan.gov.vn) In order to effectively implement the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic and ensure the conditions for the continuous production activities of enterprises without interruption, the Provincial People's Committee has issued many direction and guidance documents to create favorable conditions for businesses in their operation, as well as to implement strictly the assessment of the risk of COVID-19 infection at workplaces and concentrated residences of workers...

 However, with the complicated development of the COVID-19 in Phan Thiet city, in recent days, there have been a number of new infections in the community, with a high risk of spreading. Facing the above situation, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a dispatch requesting the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City and the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac District to strictly conduct the followings:

According to the administrative area, urgently working with businesses in the area of Phan Thiet city (including enterprises in Phan Thiet 1 and 2 industrial zones, those locate in Phan Thiet) and Ham Thuan Bac district (for enterprises in Phan Thiet 1 and 2 Industrial Parks, those locate Ham Thuan Bac district) to request them strictly following the directives of the PPC in Dispatch no 2834/UBND-KGVXNV, as well as promptly and seriously conducting the followings:

Enterprises that have recorded suspected cases of COVID-19 (F0), immediately suspend activities and closely coordinate with relevant authorities to focus on tracing, zoning, isolating, and promptly handling to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The City People's Committee and Ham Thuan Bac District People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Health, the Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks (for enterprises in Phan Thiet 1 and 2 Industrial Parks) and relevant functional sectors to review and request the above enterprises to stop their operation and settle limitations according to regulations.

The remaining enterprises shall temporarily suspend operations from 00 am on 05/8/2021 to review and develop 01 out of 02 plans for production organization in combination of both plans (plan "3 on-site – on-site production, on-site dining, on-site resting", and plan "1 route – 2 locations") according to Instruction no 1868/HD-SCT dated 27/7/2021 of the Department of Industry and Trade on the production plan for the complicated situation of COVID-19.

Any enterprise that has completed the construction of the production organization plan must immediately report to the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city, the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac district (where it operates) to coordinate with relevant functional sectors for appraisal before operating again.

To chair over and coordinate with the Department of Health, the Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks (coordinating with enterprises in Phan Thiet 1 and 2 Industrial Parks) and relevant functional sectors to guide, inspect and supervise the implementation of each enterprise. Any enterprise that ensures the production organization plan is allowed to operate normally; to resolutely suspend the operation of any enterprise that do not have guaranty plan until there is a approved guaranty production plan or until the epidemic is well controlled./.
