Ham Thuan Nam district strengthens fire prevention-fighting, search and rescues

In order to perform well the fire prevention-fighting, search and rescue, the
People's Committee of Ham Thuan Nam district has requested relevant agencies
and units to step up propaganda and dissemination of laws and knowledge on
rescue work regularly and widely among the people in order to raise awareness
of the risks and consequences of fire, explosion, and serious accidents
occurring in the district.
At
the same time, conducting a general review and inspection of fire safety in the
whole district. Strengthening inspection, examination and tightening of State
management on fire prevention-fighting, search and rescue; strictly handling,
resolutely revoking the license, suspending the operation of the establishments
that do not meet the requirements. Building fire and explosion safety models at
district, commune, village and residential groups; publicizing projects and
works violating regulations on fire prevention-fighting, search and rescue on
the mass media for agencies, organizations and people to participate in
supervision.
The
district police force shall develop rescue scenarios and plans; In addition, to
coordinate with relevant agencies and People's Committees of communes and
townships to prepare vehicles, forces and equipment to be ready to mobilize and
respond promptly when incidents occur in order to minimize possible damages and
harms. Coordinating and supporting the search and rescue forces in protecting
the scene, and solving incidents.
