Ham Thuan Nam district to commit moving scrap collection and gathering points to new locations far from residential areas

In order to carry out the relocation of waste collection and gathering points
out of residential areas, the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Nam district has
directed specialized agencies and the People's Committees of communes and
townships to regularly monitor and supervise the relocation and not allow new
generation or re-operation of scrap collection and gathering points in
residential areas; at the same time, guiding establishments that have been
relocated out of residential areas to complete legal procedures for business in
accordance with the law.
In the coming time,
the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Nam district will continue to direct the
People's Committees of communes and townships to strengthen inspection and
supervision on the observance of relocation of waste collection and gathering
facilities in the district, especially during the current hot weather.
