Health consultation with the Program “Hi! Doctor is listening”

(binhthuan.gov.vn) As part of the series "Binh Thuan Youth – Not fearful of hardships" - Celebrating the 65th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Youth Union (15/10/1956 – 15/10/2021); On 13/9/2021, the Committee of Vietnam Youth Union of Binh Thuan province has just launched the Program “Hi! Doctor is listening".

Grasping the thoughts and aspirations on public health care in the province, which is facing many difficulties, especially in the complicated situation of COVID-19, the Committee of Vietnam Youth Union of Binh Thuan province has quickly launched the program “Hi! Doctor is listening". Accordingly, people who need health care advice can use mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, ... to call the hotline 1900.63.83.84 or scan the Zalo code of the program to get a completely free consultation on health issues by the Online Health Advisory Council.

As known, this is the first time the program has been implemented in Binh Thuan province. The Online Health Advisory Council consists of 12 doctors who are all professional, highly technical, and dedicated. Thereby, promptly providing accurate advices and useful information to people in need of advice and support, including specific issues such as: Dermatology; COVID-19; surgical diseases; diseases related to children, obstetrics; consultation on vaccination, Health Insurance.

The program “Hi! Doctor is listening" is launched to reduce the burden of medical examination and treatment at hospitals, to help people receiving timely health advice, to limit the spread of diseases on a large scale, and to ensure the safety of people's health. This will be a bridge between hospitals, doctors and patients, which helps doctors and hospitals having more channels for transmitting information to patients and the community, especially people in remote areas being able to access the best medical services. In the coming time, the Provincial Committee of Vietnam Youth Union will continue to develop and increase the number of consulting doctors so that the program is able to serve the needs of all people./.
