Hi-tech agricultural development must comply with the Prime Minister's regulations

In order to develop hi-tech agriculture, in recent years the Government has
issued many important guidelines and policies to encourage hi-tech agriculture investment
and production; at the same time, promulgating Decision No. 34/2019/QĐ-TTg
dated December 18, 2019 stipulating criteria for determining projects,
production and business plans applying high technology in agriculture and
supplementing the list of high technologies prioritized for development
investment.
Accordingly, the
criteria for specifying hi-tech agricultural projects have basically been
specified in legal documents of the central government and ministries. In our
province, in order for businesses and people to invest in hi-tech agricultural
projects effectively and avoid wasting land resources, the Department of
Agriculture and Rural Development has proposed the Departments, agencies and
localities to strictly follow the process and procedure for licensing hi-tech
agricultural projects according to current regulations.
