Huge meaning from the “small plan” movement

"Small plan" is a movement with long-lasting vitality of the Ho Chi
Minh Pioneers' Organization to implement Uncle Ho's teaching "the younger
the smaller work, according to your capability".
In Binh Thuan
province, right from the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year, the Provincial
Youth Union has coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to
launch the "Small Plan" movement in schools with each specific activity.
Accordingly, mobilizing members and children to donate paper scraps, water
bottles, soft drink cans, plastic bottles, beer cans, etc. or donate books,
newspapers, toys, clothes, etc. that are usable. However, depending on the
actual situation, the units can mobilize team members and children to do things,
such as: Growing vegetables, making handmade products; cleaning the school
grounds… or asking for help with used materials from other institutions;
organizing students to participate in activities that can create value to
contribute to the fund.
It can be affirmed
that the viral and replication of the "Small Plan" movement has
brought many great and practical meanings, connecting the spirit of solidarity,
mutual love, unity and helping each other. Children learn the habit of saving
from seemingly useless items. Thereby, not only helping many disadvantaged
students to continue their studies, but also educating the students' spirit and
sense of community and social responsibility since they are still in school.
