Implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures for the 2021 High School Graduation Exam in Binh Thuan province

2021 High School Graduation Exam will be held by the Ministry of Education and
Training on 07 – 08/7/2021. However, the current situation of COVID-19 is
complicated and unpredictable. To ensure the safety of the High School
Graduation Exam in 2021, the Department of Education and Training has requested
the Department of Health to coordinate in implementing measures to prevent and
control COVID-19 for the 2021 High School Graduation Exam in Binh Thuan
province.
Specifically, the
Department of Education and Training requests the Department of Health to
coordinate in the preparation of essential medical equipment and supplies, and
the appropriate number of medicines to promptly satisfy the requirements of
disinfection, treatment, and medical care when the epidemic occur in localities
where exam sites are located, and candidates' unusual illnesses on exam days.
Arranging teams of medical staffs to ensure COVID-19 prevention and control
measures according to their field of expertise at the exam sites to ensure the
health and safety of candidates and officials, teachers, and staff members ...
taking part in the exam. In addition, disinfecting the rooms arranged for the
exam at 27 exam sites located at high schools in the province before the exam
took place according to the schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training.
List of 27 exam sites
located at high schools in 10 districts, towns and cities:
- Tuy Phong district
has 02 exam sites: located at Tuy Phong high school and Hoa Da high school;
- Bac Binh district
has 02 exam sites: located at Bac Binh high school and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai
high school;
- Ham Thuan Bac district
has 03 exam sites: located at Ham Thuan Bac high school, Nguyen Van Linh high
school, the provincial ethnic boarding high school;
- Phan Thiet city has
06 exam sites: located at Tran Hung Dao high school for the gifted, Phan Bội
Chau high school, Phan Chu Trinh high school, Phan Thiet high school, Bui Thị
Xuan high school, Le Loi high school;
- Ham Thuan Nam
district has 02 exam sites: located at Ham Thuan Nam high school, Luong The
Vinh high school;
- La Gi town has 03
exam sites: located at Nguyen Truong To high school, Ly Thuong Kiet high
school, Nguyen Hue high school;
- Ham Tan district
has 03 exam sites: located at Huynh Thuc Khang high school, Ham Tan high
school, Duc Tan high school;
- Tanh Linh district
has 02 exam sites: located at Tanh Linh high school, Nguyen Van Troi high
school;
- Duc Linh district
has 03 exam sites: located at Hung Vuong high school, Duc Linh high school,
Quang Trung high school;
- Phu Quy district có
01 exam site: Ngo Quyen high school.
This is the first
year our province has arranged a new exam site at Ngo Quyen high school, in Phu
Quy island district. Accordingly, students in Phu Quy can take the high school
graduation exam on the island, no longer having to travel by ship hundreds of
kilometers to the mainland to take the exam as usual for every year.
