Implementation of regulations on overtime working hours

Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs has just sent a written
request to agencies, units and People's Committees of districts, towns and
cities to pay concerns and cooperate in implementing Resolution No. 17/2022/UBTVQH15
dated March 23, 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the
overtime working hours in a year, in a month of employees in the context of
COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and socio-economic recovery and
development, and the Document No. 1312/LDTBXH-ATLD dated April 26, 2022 of the
Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation
of Resolution No. 17/2022/UBTVQH15 stipulating the overtime working hours.
The Department of
Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs also proposes the Provincial Labor
Confederation, the Provincial Management Board of Industrial Zones, the
Representative Office of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Binh
Thuan, the Provincial Cooperative Union, Provincial associations, and People's
Committees of districts, towns and cities to disseminate and inform the above policies
to organizations, units, enterprises, etc. to ensure the welfare of employees
during the implementation./.
