In 11 months, the whole province has more than 1.2 thousand newly established enterprises

According to the report on the socio-economic situation in November and 11
months of 2023 of the Provincial Statistics Office, in November (from October
15 - November 14, 2023), the whole province had 113 newly established
enterprises (including 41 affiliated units) with the registered capital of
647.1 billion VND, an increase of 53.24% in registered capital.
During the month,
145 enterprises were dissolved (including 135 affiliated units), and 31
enterprises (including 08 affiliated units) were temporarily suspended. Also in
November, the number of businesses returning to operation was 11 (including 01
affiliated unit), and 160 enterprises (including 35 affiliated units)
registered to change.
In the first 11
months of 2023, the whole province has more than 1,230 newly established
enterprises (including 523 affiliated units) with registered capital of more
than 7,100 billion VND, a decrease of 13.47%. The whole province has 208
businesses re-operating (including 53 affiliated units), down by 8.77%;
temporarily suspended operations of 484 enterprises (including 110 affiliated
units), an increase of 32.24%; The number of enterprises registered to change
is 1,753 (including 480 affiliated units), an increase of 27.40%. Number of dissolved
enterprises is 390 (including 272 affiliated units), an increase of 32.65%.
In the first 11
months of 2023, authorities have issued warning notices to 27 cases of not
operating at their registered addresses.
Regarding the
investment registration situation, in November, there was 01 new project
granted the investment decision with an area of 160 hectares, total investment
capital of 62.8 billion VND, 01 project ran into operation, 07 projects
terminated operations.
Accumulated in 11
months, the whole province has 31 new projects granted investment approval
decisions with the total registration of more than 33,680 billion VND; 32
projects registered for adjustment, with total adjusted capital increased by
more than 6,170 billion VND; 13 projects started construction and 11 projects ran
into operation. Investment promotion and business support continued to receive
good attention and implementation.
