Compared to the previous year, the number of newly established enterprises in
August decreased by 17.04%, and by 27.44% in the registered capital.
According
to the Statistics Office, in August (from July 15 to August 14, 2023), there
were 73 newly established enterprises in the province, down by 17.04% over the
same period last year; total newly registered capital was 774.65 billion VND,
down by 27.44%; the number of enterprises dissolved was 14, up by 75% over the
same period last year. During the month, 20 enterprises temporarily stopped
operation; 7 enterprises re-operated, up by 40%; 131 enterprises registered for
type change, up by 29.70%.
Also
in August, no new project in the province was granted an undertakings Decision;
there were 03 adjusted projects, including 02 projects adjusted to increase
capital, with a total adjusted capital increase of 267 billion VND. The investment
promotion was continued to be carried out, and business support is given
attention and focus.
