In the first 6 months of the year, disbursement of public investment reached 33.43% of the plan assigned by the Government

to the Provincial People's Committee, right after the announcement of capital
in 2022 from the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Planning and Investment,
the Provincial People's Committee has allocated development investment capital
in 2022 in accordance with the Law on Public Investment, decisions of the Prime
Minister, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and guiding documents of the
central ministries and agencies and resolutions of the Provincial People's
Council.
The Provincial
People's Committee has also issued many documents directing departments,
agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and investors to
focus on implementing synchronously and drastically solutions on disbursement
of public investment capital; establishing a Working Team on disbursement of
public investment capital in 20222; reviewing and evaluating monthly the
implementation progress in order to promptly remove obstacles and difficulties
in order to speed up the implementation progress, and disbursement of the
assigned capital plan, especially the key projects.
Thanks to the
synchronous implementation of the above solutions, the disbursement results by
May 31, 2022 reached 33.43% of the plan assigned by the Government in early 2022,
increased by 12.49% compared to the same period in 2021.
In addition to the
achieved results, there are still some slow disbursement projects due to: The
first months of 2022 coincide with the Lunar New Year holiday, in January 2022,
investors focused on disbursing the capital plan in 2021; problems on
compensation and site clearance; high prices of raw materials, fuel affected
the progress of projects...
