According to the Statistics Office, in the first quarter of 2023, the province
had 134 newly established enterprises, reduced by 18.29% over the same period
last year. Although the number of newly registered enterprises decreased, the
total registered capital increased by 22.07% over the same period last year
(1,571.61 billion VND).
In
the quarter, 74 enterprises returned to operation, declined by 32.11%; 210
enterprises temporarily suspended, increased by 24.26%; 172 enterprises
registered to change type, reduced by 13.13%; 21 enterprises were dissolved,
decreased by 25%.
Particularly
in the month (from February 15 to March 14, 2023), the whole province had 64
newly established enterprises, declined by 14.67% over the same period last
year; total newly registered capital was 242.27 billion dong, reduced by
57.61%; 9 enterprises were dissolved, increased by 80%; temporarily suspended
16 enterprises, increased by 77.78%; 04 enterprises returned to operation, reduced
by 55.56%; 86 enterprises registered to change type, increased by 8.86%.
Regarding
the investment registration, in the month, there were 04 projects granted the
Decision on approving the investment undertakings with a total registered
capital of 201.7 billion dong in the province; there were 03 projects adjusted.
In the first quarter of 2023, there were 07 projects that were granted Decision
on approving the investment undertakings with a total registered capital of
285.89 billion VND. Investment promotion continued to be carried out, business
support was concerned and focused.
