Inauguration and handing over the "Happy House" to the student with difficult circumstances

the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Young
Pioneers Council in collaboration with the National Volunteer Center of the
Central Youth Union have held the Inauguration Ceremony of "Happiness
House" for Thi Loai in Tanh Linh District, Binh Thuan Province.
Student Thi Loai
(born on 2007 - 14 years old) is a Raglai ethnic. She was born in a poor,
difficult family, fatherless at an early age, and live with her mother, this
family is a poor household in Duc Binh commune, Tanh Linh district. Thi Loai's
happy house was started the construction by the Standing Committee of the Provincial
Youth Union in collaboration with the National Volunteer Center of the Central
Youth Union on September 25, 2021 at quarter 8, hamlet 4, Duc Binh commune,
Tanh district. The house has a total area of 80m2, including a living room, a bedroom,
a kitchen and a toilet, worth 80 million VND.
The "Happy
House" program is dedicated to students, who are orphans of one or both
parents, have difficult circumstances, and have the will to study, especially
those in remote areas, areas with special difficulties, ethnic minority
students.
In the coming time,
all levels of Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneers will constantly try
to coordinate with organizations and individuals to mobilize resources from the
society to continue to build more Happy Houses, helping poor students with a
solid roof, so that they can rest assured to study and rise up in life./.
