Instructions for using the vehicle identification paper with QR Code

(binhthuan.gov.vn) The provincial
Department of Transport has just announced several issues related to the expiration
of the vehicle identification paper with QR Code, which is issued to vehicle
transporting goods to, from and through the localities where the Directives
16/CT-TTg is applied.
Accordingly, the vehicle identification
paper with QR Code issued to vehicle transporting goods throughout the country
can continuously be used to travel to, from, and through localities applying
social distancing according to Directive no 16/CT-TTg until further notice.
For the particular case of the vehicle
transporting goods, that has been granted the vehicle identification paper with
a QR Code, need to change the driver or the operation route, it must
re-register on the software system for issuing a new vehicle identification
paper with QR Code.
The provincial Department of Transport
also noted that during the operation, the transport unit and the person on the
vehicle transporting goods that have been issued with a QR Code must fully and
seriously comply with the registered contents, ensure that there is a valid
certificate of negative test result for SARS-CoV-2, making medical declaration,
and implementing measures for COVID-19 prevention and control according to
regulations of the Ministry of Health.
