Investment of Project on road from Tan Minh to Son My

The project on road from Tan Minh to Son My, Ham Tan district is approved by
the Provincial People's Council at Resolution No. 17/NQ-HDND dated 17/7/2022.
This is the route connecting National Highway 1 with National Highway 55, the
axis connecting the North-South Expressway, National Highway 1A, National
Highway 55 and Son My International Port in the future; contributing to shorten
the distance and time for transporting goods and traveling between the national
longitudinal axes through the area; step by step perfecting the regional
infrastructure; ensuring national security.
Currently,
the state of the road from Tan Minh to Son My has an 8.0m wide road surface, with
hot asphalt concrete structure; the left side of the route has no longitudinal
groove, the right side of the route has built a longitudinal groove; at
Km67+105 there is a horizontal sewer; plain grade IV road, clear vision; the
road is operated on a scale of 02 lanes, located outside the densely populated
areas. The distance to the connection points to Ba Ria Vung Tau direction is 2.325
km; to Lam Dong is 1.101 km.
In
order to facilitate the project implementation, serving the needs of the
people, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality, the
Department of Transport has proposed the Provincial People's Committee to
request the Ministry of Transport and the Vietnam Road Administration to consider
and invest in locations connecting the road from Tan Minh to Son My, Ham Tan
district to National Highway 55.
