La Gi strengthens forest protection, fire prevention and fighting before, during and after Tet

According to the People's Committee of La Gi town, it has just requested the
Chairman of the People's Committees of wards and communes; Heads of agencies
and units to strengthen the work of forest protection and forest fire
prevention and fighting (FPFFPF) before, during and after the New Year and the
Lunar New Year 2023.
Specifically,
requesting chairpersons of People's Committees of wards and communes; Heads of
agencies and units to focus on propagate and mobilize organizations and
individuals to strictly observe regulations on forest protection and
development, forest fire prevention and fighting. Timely preventing and
strictly handling organizations and individuals violating the provisions of the
law on forestry, violations such as: Exploitation, trade, transport, use and
consumption of forest plant species that are illegal exploited from special-use
forests, protection forests and natural forests; illegal hunting, catching,
slaughtering, storing, transporting and trading wild animals, etc... during and
after the New Year, the Lunar New Year 2023.
The
Ham Tan - La Gi inter-district Forest Ranger is requested to promote propaganda
and raise people's awareness of participating in forest protection, regularly
inspect and provide professional guidance and skills on fire prevention and
fighting for forest owners who are private economic organizations and local
forest fire fighting forces.
Ham
Tan Forestry Factory (belonging to Binh Thuan Forestry One Member Limited Company)
shall actively repair and renovate forest fire prevention and fighting works
such as fire-stopping runways, watchtowers, fire-prohibition signs and fire
forecasting level signs, propaganda boards for forest protection, forest fire
prevention and fighting, etc…, ensuring the effectiveness of preventing fire
spread and preventing forest fires in the dry season. At the same time,
regularly arranging forest protection forces to monitor areas with high risk of
fire, conducting a strict patrol regime during the dry season of 2023...
