La Gi to receive administrative procedures in association with ensuring Covid-19 prevention and control

the needs of settling the administrative procedures of organizations and
individuals, the Division of receiving dossiers and returning results of La Gi
town has announced that the receipt of dossiers and return of results will be
conducted directly from 7:00 a.m., 18/10/2021.
Accordingly, it will receive and
return the results of dossiers in the field of Justice - Civil status, Mortgage
Registration - Mortgage Removal, Social Insurance on Monday, Wednesday, Friday;
in the field of: Land, Business Registration, Construction, Commerce, Cultural sector,
Labor – War Invalids – Social Affairs on Tuesday and Thursday; in the field of:
Land, Business Registration, Construction, Commerce on Saturday morning.
The Town's People's Committee
recommends that people coming to the town’s Division of receiving dossiers and
returning the results: Must have a certificate of negative result for
SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours or have had a full doses of Covid-19 vaccine (having
a green card on the application of electronic health book, PC-Covid or
certificate of full doses of vaccine issued by a competent authority) or have
recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months (with discharge certificate / certificate
of recovery from Covid-19). At the same time, strictly to comply with the 5K
message: Face Masks - Disinfection - Distancing – No gatherings - Health
Declarations when entering and submitting documents and following the
instructions of the Security Unit, civil servants at the Town’s Division of
receiving and returning and results.
The Town People's Committee also
encourages people and organizations to use online public services at level 3
and level 4 through the public service portal (dichvucong.gov.vn or
dichvucong.binhthuan.gov.vn) and public postal services via the postal system,
the results will be delivered via the Public Postal Service.
