scattered and incomplete, not yet guaranteed for "accuracy, efficiency,
clean, live", and not yet connected and shared; the risk of information
insecurity and unsafety is high and always standing; human resources for
digital transformation, especially high-quality human resources is still
lacking; the rate of applications on the Public Service Portal is still low...
In order to strengthen the measures to
implement Project 06 in the area, this locality has asked the heads of divisions,
units and agencies of the province located in the town and chairpersons of the
People's Committees of communes and wards to review comprehensively the
documents promulgated by the Provincial People's Committee, the Town People's
Committee, the Project 06 Implementation Working Group, and the professional
guidance documents of the ministries and agencies related to the Project 06 to
actively implement the assigned tasks.
On the other hand, urgently reviewing
and advising on the revocation or revocation according to its competence of
regulations requiring the presentation of household registration books and
temporary residence books to use ID cards, electronic identification accounts,
population database to carry out transactions and administrative procedure.
Speeding up the implementation of digitizing the results of administrative
procedures to ensure that they follow the set schedule. Promoting propaganda
and implementation results of Project 06, especially the utilities that people
and businesses enjoy in various forms (posters, guiding videos at the one-stop shops
at all levels...). Creating QR codes for people to access the guiding center on
the operation of identification and public services.
