Launching the emulation movement "Skillful public relation" in the period of 2021 - 2025

Provincial People's Committee has just issued a dispatch requesting heads of
agencies, units, and chairpersons of People's Committees of districts, towns
and cities to launch the emulation movement "Skillful public relation"
in the 2021-2025 period.
Accordingly, to disseminate
thoroughly to all cadres, civil servants and employees about the guidelines of
the Party, the policies and laws of the State, the regulations of the Standing
Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee on the
public relation work to raise awareness of the significance and importance of the
public relation work; the positions, roles and responsibilities of agencies,
units and cadres, civil servants and public employees in carrying out the
public relation work, ensuring that public relation work is always close to the
people, especially deeply imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings:
"The people's forces is very large. The public relation is critical. The public
relation is bad, things go wrong. The public relation is smart, everything will
be successful".
In addition, agencies
and units shall prepare plans to build and replicate models, typical of
"Skillful public relation" that are suitable to the actual situation
at their units. Striving for each agency, unit to build at least 01 to 02
models of " Skillful public relation". Every year, on the occasion of
the traditional day of the Party's public relation work (October 15); Agencies
and units commend and reward the advanced models and examples in the emulation
movement "Skillful public relation" in all fields of social life to
create a viral spread in society, in order to push up the emulation movement
"skillful public relation" deeper and deeper.
