Accordingly, the list of newly issued administrative procedures in the field of Education and Training includes 13 procedures, of which 10 are at the provincial level and 3 at the district level.

Specifically, the 10 provincial-level administrative procedures are as follows: Merging, splitting, or dividing schools for gifted students in arts, physical education, and sports; Dissolving schools for gifted students in arts, physical education, and sports; Establishing or granting permission to establish schools for disabilities; Merging, splitting, or dividing schools for disabilities; Dissolving schools for disabilities; Establishing or granting permission to establish classes for disabilities in high schools, continuing education centers, or vocational education and continuing education centers offering high school-level continuing education programs; Authorizing schools for gifted students in arts, physical education, and sports to conduct educational activities; Authorizing schools for gifted students in arts, physical education, and sports to resume educational activities; Authorizing schools for persons with disabilities to conduct educational activities; Authorizing schools for persons with disabilities to resume educational activities. The 3 district-level administrative procedures are as follows: Merging, splitting, or dividing community learning centers; Dissolving community learning centers; Establishing classes for disabilities in preschools, primary schools, lower secondary schools, and continuing education centers or vocational education and continuing education centers offering literacy programs and lower secondary-level continuing education programs.

The list of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Education and Training includes 13 procedures, of which 6 are at the provincial level and 7 at the district level.

Specifically, the 6 amended and supplemented provincial-level administrative procedures are as follows: Merging or splitting specialized high schools. Dissolving specialized high schools; Authorizing specialized high schools to conduct educational activities; Authorizing specialized high schools to resume educational activities; Issuing certificates of business registration for overseas study consultancy services; Requesting permission to resume the operation of overseas study consultancy services.

The 7 amended and supplemented district-level administrative procedures are as follows: Authorizing preschools, kindergartens, and daycare centers to conduct educational activities; Authorizing preschools, kindergartens, and daycare centers to resume educational activities; Merging, splitting, or dividing preschools, kindergartens, and daycare centers; Authorizing primary schools to conduct educational activities; Authorizing primary schools to resume educational activities; Merging, splitting, or dividing primary schools; Dissolving primary schools.

A total of 35 administrative procedures in the field of Education and Training have been replaced, including: 20 provincial-level administrative procedures; 10 district-level administrative procedures; 5 commune-level administrative procedures.

A total of 19 administrative procedures in the field of Education and Training have been abolished, including: 14 provincial-level administrative procedures; 5 district-level administrative procedures.
