Meeting of the Representative Board of the Administrative Council of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies in the first quarter of 2022

On the afternoon of April 19, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's
Committee – Nguyen Minh chaired the meeting of the Representative Board of the
Administrative Council of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies (BSP) in the
first quarter of 2022 and the direction and tasks of the second quarter of
2022. Attending the meeting, there were representatives of leaders of
departments, agencies and organizations who are members of the Administrative
Council of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies.
Accordingly, the
total realized capital as of March 31, 2022 reached 3,445 billion VND, increased
153 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, of which the mobilized
capital from deposits of organizations, individuals and members of the TK&VV
Team reached 491 billion VND, increased 17 billion VND compared to the beginning
of the year, completed 82.9% of the assigned plan; the entrusted capital from
the provincial and district budgets reached 171.7 billion VND, increased 37.1
billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, of which the provincial
budget source was 110.3 billion VND, increased 27 billion VND, completed 90% of
the plan and the district budget was 61.4 billion VND, increased 10.1 billion
VND, completed 54.3% of the year plan.
The Vice Chairman of
the Provincial People's Committee also suggested that the mass organizations
received entrustment at all levels to coordinate well in implementing the plan
"Day for savings deposit, join hands for the poor"; fully implementing
the entrusted contents; strengthening inspection, supervision and urging the
collection of due debts. Strengthening information and communication on credit
policies and guidelines, on the effectiveness of credit capital sources and social
policies, contributing to the well implementation of the National Target
Programs on new rural development, sustainable poverty reduction and social security,
socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the
locality. Members of Representative Board of the Administrative Council of the BSP
at provincial and district levels shall carry out inspections according to the
2022 inspection and supervision program...
