More than 6,000 businesses trained for the use of e-invoices

2 days from April 12 to 13, the Provincial Tax Department held the Training
conference on electronic invoices (E-Invoices) in the form of online for
businesses and taxpayers throughout the province.
At the conference,
businesses and taxpayers were informed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cuc - President of
the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association and other experienced experts on the
regulations on e-invoices, electronic documents, and the contents on implementing
e-invoices under the guidance of Circular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC dated September
17, 2021 on guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on
Tax Administration No. 38 dated June 13, 2019. Decision No. 206 of the Ministry
of Finance dated February 24, 2022 on the application of e-invoices in 57
provinces and cities under the Central Government.
