In the morning of 06/7, nearly 2,000 examination officials in the province
attended the meeting on examination work of the 2021 High School Graduation
Exam at the exam sites.
The High School
Graduation Exam this year, Binh Thuan province has 01 Examination Council and
27 exam sites located at 27 high schools across the province, with 12,090
candidates, 516 exam rooms. The total number of officials working at 27 test
sites is about 2,000 people, including the Heads of the exam sites, the Deputy
Heads of the exam sites, the secretaries, the invigilators, the supervisors,
the police,
the health staffs, the electrician, etc.

The exam officials
shall be assigned the specific tasks, working methods, and checking the
preparation work for the exam; At the same time, listening to the exam
regulations, the process of the examination organization, the issues needed
attention in the invigilation, etc., especially the new exam regulations of
this year. The issues of facilities, security, health, etc. at the exam site
are also reviewed and re-checked for the last time before the exam takes place,
especially the prevention and control of Covid-19 for the exam officials and
candidates.
Accordingly, the
invigilators and candidates must measure their body temperature at home before
coming to the exam sites; whenever finding the abnormal signs of health such as
illness, cough, fever or shortness of breath, etc. candidates must immediately
notify the exam site for timely settling. At the same time, strictly
implementing the epidemic prevention and control measures such as washing hands
with clean water and soap, wearing face mask properly.
During the course of
the exam, if it is detected any candidate or exam official with abnormal health
symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.), it should be reported
urgently to the Examination Council. At the exam sites, there must be adequate
facilities and equipment to meet the requirements for disease prevention and
control such as: hand washing places, clean water, soaps, antiseptic liquids,
body measuring devices, backup masks, backup exam rooms, medical rooms with sufficient
quantity and essential medical equipment, etc.
