According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in the first 6 months
of the year, the Center received and settled 45,998 dossiers (including 24,990
online dossiers). Of which, the number of documents processed and settled is
46,027; returned results on time and early 45,881 dossiers, late 146 dossiers.
The number of successful online tariff and fee payment in the first 6 months of
2024 is 6,267 dossiers.
Also
in the first 6 months of 2024, through the public postal service, the
Provincial Public Administration Center coordinated to receive 1,020
administrative procedure documents in the fisheries sector (Phu Quy district:
605 dossiers), Tuy Phong district: 415 dossiers). Documents are circulated and
processed according to regulations; minimizing travel time for people in these
areas.
The
Center has also publicly listed 1,464 administrative procedures under the
receiving and handling authority of departments and agencies, ensuring
publicity and transparency. At the same time, publicly posting the list of
administrative procedures with QR codes under the jurisdiction of departments
and agencies at the Center.
The
digitization of records and results of administrative procedures are also being
paid attention. The Provincial Public Administration Center is continuing to
maintain good guidance for people to create public service accounts and the
online submission is more convenient for people to carry out administrative
procedures as well as saving travel time and expenses.
In
the coming time, the Provincial Public Administration Center will continue to
support people in creating citizen accounts on the National Public Service
Portal and Binh Thuan Public Service Portal, supporting people in carrying out
administrative procedures for listed administrative procedures. Implement the
conversion and use of VNeID accounts in carrying out administrative procedures.
Continue to implement the process of digitizing records, papers, and results of
administrative procedures at the Center. Along with that, it is to deploy the
virtual assistant platform to serve people and businesses in carrying out
administrative procedures of the province associated with the use of the switchboard
1022. Continue to strictly control the implementation of processes and coordination
between relevant agencies and units in settling administrative procedures,
especially interconnected administrative procedures, to overcome the situation
of late or being returned many times, causing trouble for organizations,
individuals, and businesses.
