Nearly 6% increase in the average income of workers over the same period in 2021

to the latest data from the Provincial Statistics Office, the average income of
salaried workers reached 6,309 thousand VND/person/month, increased by 5.97%
over the same period last year (females earned 5,428.0 thousand VND/person/month,
an increase of 9.09% and males earned 6,888.9 thousand VND /person/month, an
increase of 4.01% over the same period last year).
In the second quarter
and the first six months of the year, the average income of salaried employees
has improved quite a bit compared to the same period last year.
Currently, the labor
force (including working and unemployed people aged 15 years and older) in the
province has 675,047 people (298,192 women, accounting for 44.17%, urban areas:
271,934 people, accounting for 40.28%). Of which, 659,729 people aged 15 and
over are working in the economy (291,946 women, accounting for 44.25%, urban
areas: 263,889 people, accounting for 40.0%). It is forecasted that in the
coming time, the increasing supply of jobs will meet the working needs of people
in the province.
