Nearly 600 volunteers to participate in the “exam season support” 2020

school graduation exam this year, Binh Thuan Youth Union mobilizes nearly 600
volunteers to participate in "exam season support" in the whole
province. Accordingly, the volunteers will participate in supporting candidates
and their family members, starting from July 25 to the end of August 10,
peaking on August 8, 9 and 10 at 26 exam places in districts, towns and cities
in the province. The volunteer teams will help candidates and their families by
transfering candidates and their families to the exam places and motels. Searching
and introducting several cheap restaurants, but ensuring food safety and
hygiene; mobilizing benefactors, restaurants to support free and cheap foods;
providing free drinking water to candidates and their familíe; counsulting and
exchanging experience on exam preparation and taking. At the same time,
coordinating with the specialized agencies to guide and regulate to ensure
traffic order and safety at the exam places, especially the high-traffic areas around
the exam places...
Along with that, Binh Thuan Youth Union
continues to set up the facebook “provincial exam season support” and the
hotline number 0933.390.772 to receive information of candidates and the social
support resources. Besides, coordinating with relevant agencies to set up 7
volunteer teams supporting the exam season (each team has from 10 to 15
members) to participate in the provincial exam season support program,
supporting 7 high schools including: Ngo Quyen High School (Phu Quy) and 6 high
schools in Phan Thiet: Tran Hung Dao, Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Trinh, Phan
Thiet, Le Loi and Bui Thi Xuan. At other districts, towns and cities, the Standing
Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has directed the Youth Union bases to
set up volunteer teams supporting the exam season corresponding to the exam
places at each localty. Each team has from 15-20 members; At the same time,
establishing hotlines to receive information from candidates and the
companionship and support of organizations and individuals in society.
