Newly established businesses sharply rise in the first 11 months of 2022

According to the Provincial Statistics
Office, in the 11 months of 2022 (as of November 14, 2022), the province had
1,394 newly established enterprises (including 597 affiliates), increased by
59.31% compared to the same period in 2021; registered capital 8,220.91 billion
dong grown by 1.62%. The whole province has 228 enterprises returning to
operation (including 51 affiliates), increased by 6.05%; however, there were
366 enterprises temporarily suspended operation in contrast (including 75
affiliates), increased by 39.69%.
The number of enterprises registered
for change is 1,375 (including 314 affiliates), increased by 31.33%; type conversion
is 86 enterprises, increased by 50.88% over the same period in 2021. The number
of dissolved enterprises is 294 (including 187 affiliates), increased by 50.77%.
In the month only (from October 15 to
November 14, 2022), the province had 122 newly established enterprises
(including 50 affiliates), increased by 28.42% compared to 2021; total newly
registered capital 422.31 billion dong, declined by 37.66%; 19 enterprises dissolved
(including 10 affiliates), decreased by 5% over the same period; 12 enterprises
suspended operation (including 02 affiliates), increased by 50%; 10 enterprises
transformed, increased 2.5 times over the same period; the number of
enterprises returning to operation was 5, reduced by 61.53% over the same
period; 126 enterprises registered for change (including 26 affiliates),
increased by 28.57%.
Regarding the investment registration,
in the month, there was no project in the province was granted the investment
registration certificate; In the first 11 months of 2022, the province has 15
projects that have been granted investment undertaking decisions, with the
total land area of 139.89 hectares, total registered investment capital of
561.74 billion VND. So far, there are 1,607 projects licensed for investment,
with the total land area of 50,105 ha, total registered investment capital of
332,726 billion VND.
