1. COVID-19 situation in Vietnam:
a. From 06h to 12h, 14/5: 16 new cases:
- 0 cases isolated immediately after entering.
- 16 cases recorded domestically at Bac Ninh (7), K Hopital – Tan Trieu
branch (3), Lang Son (2), Nam Dinh (2), Thai Binh (1), Hung Yen (1), in which:
+ new cases recorded in the isolated areas: 13.
+ new cases recorded in the lockdown hospitals: 03.
- No new outbreaks are detected.
b. Counted to 12h, 14/5:
- Vietnam has totally 2.298 cases recorded domestically and 1.458
imported cases.
- Number of new cases from 27/4 to now: 728 cases.
2. Information on new cases:
- CASES P3741-P3747 recorded in
Bac Ninh: F1 in previous outbreaks, isolated before. Test results on 13/5/2021 are positive
to SAR-CoV-2.
- CASE P3748, recorded in Lang Son: male, age 42, address: Hung Lung,
Lang Son; F1 of P3721; isolated before.
- CASE P3749, recorded in Lang Son: female, age 17, address: Hung Lung,
Lang Son; F1 of P3721; isolated before.
Test results on 12/5/2021 were positive to SAR-CoV-2. The patients
are now isolated and treated at Hung Lung Medical Center, Lang Son.
- CASE P3750, recorded in Thai Binh:
male, age 53, address: Kien Xuong, Thai Binh; F1 in a previous outbreak,
isolated before. Test
results on 13/5/2021 was positive to SAR-CoV-2. The patients
are now isolated and treated at Thai Binh Lung Hospital.
- CASES P3751-P3753, recorded at K
Hospital – Tan Trieu branch (2 medical staffs and 1 patient isolated in the
hospital).
- CASE P3754, recorded in Hung Yen:
female, age 46, address: My Hao, Hung Yen; F1 of P3121, isolated before. Test result on 14/5/2021 is positive to
SAR-CoV-2. The patient is now isolated and treated at National Hospital for
Tropical Diseases – Dong Anh branch.
- CASE P3755, recorded in Nam Dinh:
female, age 49, address: Y Yen, Nam Dinh; F1 in a previous outbreak, isolated
before. Test result on 13/5/2021 is
positive
to SAR-CoV-2. The patient is now isolated and treated at Y Yen Medical Center,
Nam Dinh.
- CASE P3756, recorded in Nam Dinh:
male, age 53, address: Giao Thuy, Nam Dinh; F1 in a previous outbreak, isolated
before. Test result on 13/5/2021 is
positive
to SAR-CoV-2. The patient is now isolated and treated at Giao Thuy Medical
Center, Nam Dinh.
3. Information on testing: Number of tested samples from 29/4 to now is 434.941
samples.
4. Number of people on quarantine: Total number of people having close
contact and entry from the epidemic areas under medical monitoring (isolated): 83.415
of which:
- Centralized isolation at hospitals: 1.433
- Centralized isolation at other facilities: 34.252
- Isolation at homes, residences: 47.730
5. Treatment situation:
- Number of negative cases to SARS-CoV-2:
+ 1st time: 49
+ 2nd time: 25
+ 3rd time: 18
- Number of deaths: 35.
- Number of cured cases: 2.657.
