Opening ceremony of Futsal - The 9th Binh Thuan Provincial Sports Festival 2022

On the afternoon of April 12, at the Provincial General Gymnasium, the opening
ceremony of Futsal at the 9th Provincial Sports Festival 2022 - Minh Khang Cup
took place. Attending the opening ceremony, there were Mr. Do Huu Quy - Member
of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of
the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the
Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Head of the Organizing Committee of
the tournament; and representatives of leaders of departments and agencies in
the province.
This is the fourth sports
out of 17 sports at the Provincial Sports Festival. The tournament has 8 teams,
including: Tanh Linh, Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam, Phan Thiet, Provincial
Public Security, Provincial Military Command, Sacombank Binh Thuan, SHB Binh
Thuan; divided into 2 groups. Each group will compete in a round-robin format
to determine the best two teams to enter the semi-finals.
This is also the
activity to celebrate 47 years of Binh Thuan Liberation Day (April 19, 1975 -
April 19, 2022) and 30 years of re-establishment of the province (1992-2022).
Immediately after the brief opening ceremony, there were the exciting and
dramatic match between Futsal Tanh Linh team and Sacombank Binh Thuan Futsal
team. The tournament will end on April 17.
