Opening ceremony of the National Table Tennis Clubs Championship 2022

On the evening of June 6, the opening ceremony of the National Table Tennis
Clubs Championships 2022 took place at the Provincial Center for Sports
Training and Competition. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Minh -
Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu Nguyen Thai - Standing
Vice Chairman of Vietnam Table Tennis Federation; representatives of leaders of
departments, agencies and more than 400 athletes from 33 provinces, cities and
sectors across the country.
This is the first
time Binh Thuan has been facilitated by Vietnam Sports Administration and the
Vietnam Table Tennis Federation to host the National Table Tennis Clubs Championship
in 2022. This is also one of the large sport activities organized to
practically celebrate the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of Binh
Thuan province; welcoming the great success of the Southeast Asian Games - SEA
Games 31 in Vietnam in general and table tennis in particular.
The event will be
held from June 4 to 10, 2022. The exciting qualifying matches will take place immediately
after the opening ceremony at Binh Thuan Center for Sports Training and Competition.
As planned, the event will end on June 10.
