Organizing Nhobrehe Fest and Lunar New Year 2022 in the ethnic minorities areas

This year, the Nhobrehe Fest (first rice crop in the year) of ethnic minorities
in 04 highland communes in Bac Binh district will take place from January 17,
2022 - January 19, 2022 (December 15 – 17, lunar year). Cadres, soldiers, civil
servants, public employees, workers, students who are ethnic minorities in Phan
Tien, Phan Son, Phan Lam, Phan Dien communes of Bac Binh district are entitled
to 03 days off, from January 17 to January 19, 2022.
According to the direction
of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the People's Committee of
Bac Binh District, based on the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, to direct
the People's Committees of Phan Son, Phan Lam, Phan Dien and Phan Tien communes
in organizing suitable activities to welcome the Nhobrehe Fest 2022; mobilizing
the people to celebrate the Fest at home only; limiting gatherings of people,
reducing the organization of banquets and invitation of guests.
The Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee also requested the People's Committees of
districts, towns and cities to coordinate with relevant departments and
agencies to guide the people in celebrating the Lunar New Year in a happy, safe
and economical manner in association with the strict implementation of measures
for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control ; organizing the visits and
encouragements of poor households and policy families in ethnic minority areas
in the localities during the Nhobrehe Fest and the Lunar New Year 2022. The Department
of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall coordinate with the People's
Committees of districts, towns and cities to check on the situation of poor
households to advise the Provincial People's Committee to organize immediate
the relief; not let any cases of poor households or people go hungry before,
during and after Tet./.
