Over 99% of administrative procedure dossiers were resolved early and on time at the Provincial Public Administration Center in 2024

(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in 2024, the Center proactively coordinated with departments, agencies, and sectors to monitor the progress of administrative procedure dossiers on a daily and hourly basis. It also promptly reminded and warned of dossiers approaching the deadlines. The circulation of files between the Center and units was always timely. The collaboration between agencies, units, the Postal Service, and the Center has remained tight, ensuring the efficient reception, processing of administrative procedures, and delivery of results to organizations and individuals, contributing to a rate of over 99.8% of dossiers being resolved early and on time.

From January 1, 2024, to November 28, 2024, the Center received 94,665 administrative procedure dossiers from provincial specialized agencies (including the Provincial Social Insurance). It processed and delivered results for 94,985 dossiers (including those carried over from before January 1, 2024). Of these, 94,839 dossiers were resolved on time or early, accounting for 99.85% of the total dossiers processed, while 146 dossiers were delayed, accounting for 0.15% of the total dossiers settled.

 

During this period, the Center's Administrative Procedure Information System recorded 2,491 administrative procedure dossiers processed through the integrated e-portal system. These were primarily integrated from the commune/district level to the specialized provincial agencies. All dossiers were processed and transferred in accordance with regulations. Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee Office received 6,164 administrative procedure dossiers integrated from the specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring 100% on-time processing and result delivery, with no delayed dossiers.

 

The reception and resolution of administrative procedure dossiers under the "one-stop" and "interconnected one-stop" mechanisms at the Public Administration Center are carried out in accordance with the principle that 100% of the administrative procedure dossiers from all agencies must be received, updated, circulated, and processed on the provincial administrative procedure information system.

 

On the other hand, the Center has effectively organized the reception and resolution of administrative procedure dossiers under the "one-stop" and "interconnected one-stop" mechanisms, ensuring the principle that 100% of administrative procedure dossiers from all agencies must be received, updated, circulated, and processed on the provincial administrative procedure information system. From January 1, 2024 to November 28, 2024, the Center received 92,785 administrative procedure dossiers, ensuring that 100% of the dossiers were correctly received, complete, circulated, processed, and the results delivered according to the approved procedures.

 

In addition, support for citizens in creating accounts on the e-Services Portal, as well as submitting online applications and making online payments, has been actively implemented. From January 1, 2024 to November 29, 2024, the Center received 50,693 e-government service applications. Of these, 49,805 were full-service applications, 886 were partial-service applications, and there were 15,364 online payment transactions processed through the e-Services Portal.
