Identifying the main tasks of agencies, units, localities and people in the city in the effective organization and implementation of the theme "Urban embellishment, preservation and protection of the environment and landscape - green, clean and beautiful" associated with successfully organizing the Visit Vietnam Year 2023. At the same time, strengthening the leadership and direction of the authorities at all levels; promoting the role of movement mobilization of socio-political organizations; creating consensus of all levels, sectors and the whole political system. In order to achieve the set goals, the City People's Committee strengthens the work of urban embellishment. Continuing to carry out the work of restoring urban order in the area; regularly checking and handling encroachment on sidewalks and roadside beds for trading and business causing disorder; at the same time, strengthening the work of violation sanction in order to restore urban order in the city. On the other hand, the locality has stepped up activities to preserve and protect the environment and landscape such as: propaganda, education and effective implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies on environmental protection to organizations, agencies, units and the people; at the same time, throughout the year 2023, agencies, units and localities will take every Sundays to jointly carry out activities of environmental cleaning, urban embellishment, landscape preservation, and cleaning houses, streets, offices, beaches, canals...

In addition, agencies, units, People's Committees of wards and communes shall build "Green - Clean - Beautiful" roads in the city to ensure the criteria, Green: Planting and taking care of trees and ornamental plants, flowers; green trees in streets, parks, in residential areas. Clean: Clean roads, clean alleys (not letting the situation of dumping waste water into the street, discharging waste improperly, causing unsightly beauty and environmental pollution)… Beautiful: People should hang the national flag fully and timely; not to encroach on the road corridor; not to hang banners, panels illegally; no ads or classifieds posted on light and electric poles; boards of rules and conventions are installed safely and neatly; mobilizing the people to plant flowers, hang and place flower pots in front of the house..
