Phan Thiet ensures the prevention and control of epidemic in organizing the Lunar New Year market

In order to meet the requirements of the people on the occasion of the Lunar
New Year in 2022, the City People's Committee issued a plan to organize business
arrangement of Tet market in the city.
The Lunar New Year
Market in 2022 will be held for 6 days, starting from the morning of January
26, 2022 (December 24, Lunar Year) and ending at 10:00 am on January 31, 2022
(December 29, Lunar Year). The North of Ca Ty River will hold 10 days, starting
from the morning of January 22, 2022 (December 20, Lunar Year) and ending at
10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2022 (December 29, Lunar Year).
There are 15 places
to arrange Tet market. Accordingly, Le Duan street will be arranged for the flower
market. Both sides of Nguyen Hue Street; roadside of Dinh Tien Hoang street;
Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street; roadside of Ly Thuong Kiet will be arranged for
confectionery, wine, jam, cotton, electrical and electronic products.... The
roadside of Tran Quoc Toan; Nguyen Thai Hoc (section adjacent to Tran Quoc Toan
street); roadside of Trung Trac (section from Le Hong Phong bridge to Trung
Trac street’s parking lot) will be arranged for the following categories: Food,
fruits, crockery, watermelon, ornamental flowers; paper incense, refreshments,
clothes, shoes...

roadside; Trung Nhi on the bank of Ca Ty river (section from Le Hong Phong
bridge to Duc Thanh bridge); roadside of Dinh Tien Hoang (section from the
intersection of Tran Quoc Toan - Dinh Tien Hoang to the intersection of Dinh
Tien Hoang - Ly Thuong Kiet); Ly Thuong Kiet (section from Nguyen Du - Ly Thuong
Kiet intersection to Dinh Tien Hoang - Ly Thuong Kiet intersection); Dinh Tien
Hoang (section from Dinh Tien Hoang - Ly Thuong Kiet intersection adjacent to
Tran Hung Dao street); Chu Van An (section from Chu Van An junction to Trieu
Quang Phuc intersection) will be arranged for fruits, salads, vegetables, meats,
household items, clothing,...

conditions for COVID-19 prevention and control as prescribed. Each category of
goods arranged in the Tet Market area must be arranged in an appropriate
position, the distance between the stalls to ensure safety for the prevention
and control of COVID-19 as well as convenient for business, sightseeing and
buying activities. The trading goods must ensure quality, food safety and price
according to regulations. At the same time, it must ensure security and order,
traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting safety, and environmental
sanitation and urban beauty.
