Quy district, up to this now, Phu Quy district has basically completed the
preparation for the 2021 High School Graduation Exam.
In the 2021 High School Graduation
Exam, Binh Thuan has 27 exam points located at high schools in the province,
including a new exam point located at Ngo Quyen High School, Phu Quy district.
The entire Phu Quy district has 262
candidates of grade 12 taking the exam at Ngo Quyen High School, with 11 exam
rooms. According to Phu Quy District People's Committee, with the current
facilities of 19 classrooms, this exam point is sufficient for ensuring the
official exam rooms, backup rooms, and waiting rooms for candidates.
Executing the direction of the
Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training, the
district held a meeting with local agencies and departments to prepare for the
exam such as: preparing facilities, assigning forces to prepare for
participating in each stage of the exam, making up the scenario for the exam.
Forces such as the Port Management Board, the Maritime Port Authority, Border
Guard Station of Phu Quy Border Gate, and the District Police... to prepare
safety plans for the transportation of exam papers and exam questionnaires and as
well as to ensure security during the exam period. The district also directs
the district Youth Union and forces in the communes to connect information to
the families of candidates, ensuring 100% of them to the exam, preventing
incidents such as forgetting the schedule, late.
In addition, the district also
requests the Civil-Military Medical Center to support the exam point in the
prevention of the Covid-19 and necessary medical supplies to ensure proper
epidemic prevention and control. Conducting disinfection at the exam site
before and after the exam and the accommodation of the examination staffs. At
the same time, developing specific plans in case candidates with F1, F2
participating in the exam. Ensuring food hygiene and safety at the eatery
places of examination officials.
