In order to conduct the Project on developing the application of population
data, e-identification and digital authentication of citizens to national
digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period with a vision toward 2030
(Project 06). In the past time, Phu Quy District People's Committee has
focused on directing agencies and units in the district to seriously and
effectively execute the Project 06 to simplify administrative procedures,
streamlining the necessary papers to carry out administrative procedures,
minimizing the travel time of citizens, saving the State money for archiving
and preserving records, and enhancing the accuracy and speed of professional
operations.
Accordingly,
the District People's Committee has organized propaganda on the meaning and
importance of Project 06 and online public services to officials, people and
businesses in the district. At the same time, directed the police force to
coordinate with agencies, divisions, units and mass organizations of the
district to clean up population data, ensuring that 100% of citizens are
notified of their personal identification numbers and 100 % of citizens are
issued the citizen identification card; mobilizing citizens from the age of 14
who have been granted citizen identification to the district police to register
for the electronic identification account. Coordinating with local justice,
social insurance and health agencies to clean judicial data, social insurance
data, vaccination data, etc.
As
of April 15, 2023, the total number of records for collecting citizen
identification in the district reached 24,153 records; the total number of
first-time chip-based citizen IDs collected was 24,025/24,121 cases, reaching
99.6%; the number of people receiving citizen identification from Department
C06 was 23,550/23,550 cases, reaching 100%; organized to collect and receive
electronic identification accounts for 12,996 cases. Currently, Phu Quy district
has basically completed collecting, reviewing, updating, editing and cleaning
database, reaching 6,781 permanent households/31,276 residents and 72 temporary
households/207 residents on the national database on population; cleaning
vaccination data reached 25,107/26.188 cases; There were 765 times of health
insurance information look up by citizen identification at health facilities in
the district.
In
general, the transmission line infrastructure and equipment necessary for the
implementation of essential public services under the jurisdiction of Phu Quy
district are basically adequate to serve the reception, settlement and return
of results for people and businesses.
