Plan for the Industry and Trade Exhibition - Binh Thuan OCOP Products

Responding to the series of events of the National Tourism Year 2023 with the
theme "Binh Thuan - Green Tourism Comes Together", the Provincial
People's Committee (PPC) has issued the Plan on organizing the Industry and
Trade Exhibition - Binh Thuan OCOP Products from 19/10/2023 to 25/10/2023.
The
Exhibition is an opportunity for units and businesses of localities inside and
outside the province to introduce goods and typical products, expand markets,
build and promote brands, and coordinate and collaborate in business activities;
promote the development of the domestic market, responding to the Campaign
"Vietnamese people prioritize to using Vietnamese products"; create a
festive atmosphere, serving the shopping and entertainment needs of the people.
Displaying and introducing the province's achievements in the cause of
innovation and development to promote the patriotic emulation movement and
determination to successfully implement the province's socio-economic
development tasks according to the Resolution of the 14th Binh Thuan
Prvincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Introducing typical products,
typical rural industrial products, OCOP products, and tourism products of Binh
Thuan province. Linking trade, investment and tourism promotion between
provinces and cities in the region; promote trade activities between businesses
inside and outside the province.
The
Exhibition will take place at Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Phan Thiet city. It is
expected that there will be about 250 - 300 stalls, of which the area
introducing socio-economic achievements in Binh Thuan province will be arranged
with 12 stalls; the key product area, OCOP products, tourism products, and
typical rural industrial products of Binh Thuan province will be arranged with
40 stalls; typical product area, OCOP products, tourism products, and typical
rural industrial products of other provinces and cities are arranged with 40 stalls;
the industrial - commercial and service product area has 146 stalls; the area
for wooden products, fine arts, and craft villages is arranged with 20 stalls; area
for local specialties, tourist gifts, and tourism product introduction area will
has 18 stalls; the processed food products area, cuisine of restaurants,
eateries, stage area will has 20 stalls.
The
exhibition participants are the Department of Industry and Trade, the
Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Center for Investment and
Trade Promotion, the Center for Tourism Promotion, the Center for Agricultural
Extension, the Center for Industry and Trade Promotion of other provinces and
cities. Organizations, businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, production
and business establishments of typical rural industrial products, OCOP
products, tourism products, and typical products inside and outside the
province. Organizations, agencies, unions; Industry Associations and
Associations participate in displaying, introducing and selling typical
products.
