Press announcement on the content and program of the 21st session (thematic) - Provincial People's Council (term XI)

On the afternoon of March 18, the Office of the provincial National Assembly
Delegation and People's Council held a press announcement on the content and
program of the 21st session (thematic) - Provincial People's Council
(term XI). Attending the press conference, there were leaders and reporters
from local and resident press agencies in the province.
Accordingly,
the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council decided to convene
the 21st session (thematic) on the morning of March 22, 2024 at Hall
B – the Provincial Convention Center. At this thematic session, the Provincial
People's Council will focus on reviewing and deciding on the submissions of the
Provincial People's Committee on: Approving the General Planning Task on building
Co Thach - Binh Thanh tourist area, Tuy Phong district; approving the General
Planning Task of building Tan Thuan - Tan Thanh coastal tourist area, Ham Thuan
Nam district; approving the General Planning Task on building Tan Thang - Thang
Hai coastal tourist area, Ham Tan district.
The
Provincial People's Council will also consider Resolutions on allocating development
investment capital of the Central budget in 2024 to conduct the National Target
Program for sustainable poverty reduction in the province; land price
adjustment coefficient in the province in 2024; at the same time, abolishing
resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
After
listening to information related to the session, representatives of press
agencies expressed interest on the content of the draft Resolutions, especially
the land price adjustment coefficient in the province in 2024 and provided and
answered by the Office of the provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's
Council some additional information.
The
Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council requested news and press
agencies to widely inform the People in the province about the 21st
session (thematic) - Provincial People's Council, term XI./.
